When you are finished entering the names of your students in the seating chart, click on the "done" button.  Feel free to move the tardy, absent, and edit buttons if you feel it is necessary.

To add a student after you have completed your configuration, click on the "add students" button.  You will be prompted for the student's name.  Once you have typed it in and pressed return, an attendance, profile, and gradebook card will be automatically created. 
***Note:  You must remember to click on the "edit seating chart" button and then manually type in the new student's name in the appropriate seat on the chart.
